At Adept Pest Control India, we strive to provide high-quality pest control services and herbal insecticide products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. Refund & Return Policy for Products
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements for herbal insecticide products only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Products
Products are not eligible for return or refund if:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- The damage is caused due to improper handling or storage by the customer
- The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
Refund Process (Products)
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
2. Refund Policy for Services
Service Booking & Cancellations
- Pest control service bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
- If cancelled within this time frame, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting administrative charges
Non-Refundable Situations (Services)
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Service is cancelled on the same day or after the service has started
- Service has been completed as agreed
- Dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (severe infestation, poor hygiene, environmental conditions)
- Failure to follow pre-service or post-service instructions
Service Revisit / Warranty
- If a service includes a warranty or free revisit, it will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
- Revisit requests must be raised within the warranty period and follow the terms provided
3. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
- Check your bank or payment provider first
- Contact us if the amount is not credited within the stated timeline
4. Changes to This Policy
Adept Pest Control India reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
